I just purchased my first "real" car from Metro Motors LLC today and cannot praise them enough! I was so nervous but was never pressured into anything. They were able to walk me through everything and Joe's wife is so sweet! I think she could tell I was nervous but she made me feel so relaxed. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to purchase a car! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
I purchased a vehicle from Metro Motors recently. After having issues with my initial vehicle Joe did a lot to "make it right". He always responded to my e-mails in a timely fashion and we came up with a solution that was fair for all parties involved. That's something that you won't get at many used car lots. I give Joe an A+ for customer service and wouldn't hesitate to go there again if I need a vehicle in the future.
