I bought Evans chicken from the meat dept many times. And in the last year 4 time's i brought the chicken back. Once i got back home i put it in the refrigerator. Opened it up to put on the grill the next day. IT was rotten with a foul smell beware of there meat setting to long in the display cabinet. I have complained to the management and they say sorry but the same old thing bad meat.
The van buren store is the worst ever. If you are looking for quality customer service bypass this store. If you are looking for qualified meat department employees... bypass this store. The cashiers are rude. The managers not sure what skills they were hired on, because they possess zero managerial skills. The district manager us a unqualified joke. When Kroger purchased the store, the decline began.
Placed a telephone call and asked if there was Spicy Chicken being served on the hot food cart—we were Placed on hold after transfer to the Deli. Gentleman went to check 11:49 minutes. I only made the call, because my guest had gone to the store several times last week without success. Usually we receive better service at this store.
This store is awesome and it is a one stop shop, all is on the East side love this place
no growler fills so what’s the point of the draft bar? all that expansion and the beer selection still is disappointing. no growler fill is lame #unmerican
