No Customer Service! Friday night after work and store is busy and only three cashiers on Duty! Argh!
Check out is always horrendous: not enough checkers, constant problems with self check-out system. I've addressed this directly with the manager, but it has not improved. Maybe they'll improve when they have new competition when Urban Market opens down the street.
RecommendedI love everything about the market with the exception of some of their produce like the Roma tomatoes were very disappointing. On a positive note they have a great group of team members aka employees!

I am very frustrated with having to wait for multiple carts to get checked out before I can be checked out? Why wait, you ask? Because this grocery store only ever has one checkout lane open. Sure, you could use the self checkout, but if you are shopping for a family and have a whole cartfull, like myself and the unlucky people in line with me, you are screwed.
Bartender at the bar inside there was racist. Terrible service and terrible experience
Kroger-branded products seem lower-quality. Kroger has eliminated many brands I buy. I do most of my shopping elsewhere now and wouldn’t come here at all but for the pharmacy. They have added more self-checkout stands and eliminated those with clerks and the few left are rarely open . I hate shopping here
