This location is constantly short-staffed. This evening shelves were not restocked, there was only 1 checkout lane open with a cashier, there were signs posted stating that they were short of cash, and the Customer Service desk was closed except for the purchase of cigarettes. Poor precautions, spotty or non-existent and now they are announcing reopening their self-serve hot bar. How is that a good idea on any level?
The staff stocking the produce area were discussing "fecal matter" as I was trying to buy some apples and lemons. Not exactly contributing to a confident, pleasant shopping exoerience. Ditto for all the chimes, bells and alarms going off while in store.
The service is very poor there’s never enough help the deli meat it’s usually expired or green expired yogurt and the food bar is always dry it out and very nasty food
I have shopped at your Metro location in Milwaukee for over 11 years and your current standards of guest care is terrible. I should not have to stand and wait for assistance while 5 members of the team are behind me gabbing and tell me they are off the clock. If you worked for my company that disrespect to the customer would land you an immediate documentation. The floor manager Tony was also unable to act or perform proper customer service.
