They were very patient and went over all the options I was curious about. I scheduled the installation for gas logs and they turned out great! I'm so glad I can use my fireplace now.
I would like to thank the staff here for a very informative phone call and walkthrough of my gas fireplace in my new (to me) home. They did not even ask if I was a past customer, they just wanted to help answer my questions on helping to seal up the drafts in this older home. Thank You team!
House of Fire made our dream fireplace come to life! My husband and I recently bought a house, and we knew we wanted a wood stove installed to replace the old 80s gas insert. We worked with Sedge, and he was super knowledgeable about the process and products. We ended up needing a new chimney, rainpan, and chimney cap - they were really flexible with scheduling and were prompt and thorough. It really was a pleasure working with House of Fire, and we would recommend their services!
Highly recommend finding a different place for a fireplace screen. When I went to pick up my screen, I approached the associate and said, “I’m here to pick up for.” Instead of a polite greeting or simple acknowledgment, the associate responded with, “Not without paying first.” It was clear that I was there to pay, and the tone was completely off.
