I have my own business, and I appreciate great service. These guys were great! The communication was also handled well. He called me before he got here to learn more about the project. From that call, he made a call to the manufacturer, which saved time at my place. It was an unusual problem with the MyQ setup from my last house to this house. He called ahead to see if he could arrive early, and solved it quickly. All together a great experience!
Second time using Metro for a garage repair… they came out within a few hours of calling, and Juan replaced the spring in less than an hour. Would call them again next time I need work done!
