They are flexible and they try very hard to accommodate patients. Very clean and organize. Best staff who understand thier work.
Laura is great as well as the front office staff. Dr. Woell did not keep us waiting. We love coming here.
Crown popped out Saturday evening...called first thing Monday...got in at 10am (thanks Sara!), Susie got me in and prepped (thanks Susie, and thanks for the follow-up call!)...and Dr. Rhode replaced the crown like nothing happened...!...impressive...!...Done in 30 minutes...! All kidding a side, very few people look forward to going to the dentist. Dental Health Care Center makes it a very positive experience. Everyone I have encounter there makes it much easier with their caring and helpful manor and I would recommend them to anyone.
From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist, the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They thoroughly explained all aspects of the appointment. Great staff!!
