John did a good job. John did a good job of communicating to my buyers throughout the inspection process and afterward. He caught some small items which we would never have seen otherwise and we were able to get the seller to address them before closing.
Excellent Service! Blake Fouracre inspected a house we offered on and we could not be happier with his services. Definitely money well spent! Saved my buyer lots of $$ and headache. After a thorough inspection, my buyer decided not to move forward with the purchase. This was a sound investment on the buyer's part. Had we not had an inspection or had it been less thorough, she would have bought a nightmare. They found mold and wood rot that we could not have found without the outstanding job done by the inspector! Definitely money well spent!
More than satisfied with this company! This is a quality property inspections company. Not only was John professional and thorough but he was also courteous and informative throughout the inspection. I learned a lot. He answered my questions and was able to talk about what the report would mean. The report was available by email when I awoke the next day.
