The inspector was on time, early actually, thorough, and extremely professional. He went through the exterior and interior of the house in detail, taking photos and documenting everything. I was also pleasantly surprised that he explained everything to me in simple terms, e.g. what sump pump is, how the heating system worked, etc. The report was comprehensive and was submitted to me in less than 12 hours after the inspection. Overall, a great experience.
Would definitely hire him again. Tod was great. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend and would definitely hire him again should the need arise!
