Although we were unable to accompany Tod on his inspection, he provided us with live online access prior to, and immediately after he completed his very thorough evaluation of the dwelling. As a Realtor, it was great having an inspector arrive on time, do a thorough job, and write a very detailed report. Brandon, the inspector, was also very patient, as I Facetimed by clients who lived in a different state. He was happy to go over defects as well as teach them more about the property they were purchasing. My Buyers were very satisfied!

Extremely professional. Brandon was on time and extremely professional. Pointed out a few things that should be addressed that I would never have known about. This was a different situation where my client decided to use another inspector as opposed to my recommendations. In doing so, I realized her inspector never asked about a radon test even though there was a finished basement in the home. I reached out to Tod who has done several inspections for previous clients who were extremely satisfied with his knowledge and expertise. Brandon was excellent during our home inspection making sure that we were fully informed regarding any possible issues. He was very thorough throughout the entire process and answered any questions that we had. Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained which issues we should look at right away versus things we should look out for down the road.
