Zero stars my family paid for extra services and they didn’t do what they were paid to do and grandma has never recuperated because of the negligence
RecommendedMy mother in law spent the final years of her life at Methuen Village. It was comforting to my husband and I that she was in a safe place and was being taken care of. Thank you to the entire staff of Methuen Village
My Mom moved in a few months ago and is very comfortable there. She loves the camaraderie from the residents and the staff and says it's her home now. She participates in just about every activity and loves to try new things. She didn't realize she was missing out on socializing and how important that aspect is in her life. As her daughter, it's so easy to talk to the staff with questions or concerns and they look into everything right away. Basically, the residents are #1 in their book!
My mother resided at Methuen Village until her passing in July 2012. She was one of their first residents! She had tried other places but found the people there to "be too old" despite her early 80's! The energy of the staff is dynamic, the access to the bank, cvs and nearby store helped my mother, still able to walk with her walker feel independent (even though she needed to be rescued by staff once or twice.
