Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the excellent care I received while having surgery at Southlake Methodist. Every person with whom I had contact was extremely compassionate. I would especially like to thank Dr. Kindrick and Nurse Aller Dayrit and I would not hesitate to recommend Methodist Southlake to anyone.

Rest assure if there's is ever a time in life medical procedures are required, this is the place. Great staff from the moment you walk in, check-in, worked-on, and check-out. I had knee surgery simple in and out, thank you Dr. Willams and staff.

I had a shoulder surgery yesterday, I have to say I was very nervous because this was the first time having a procedure at this hospital. Customer service was excellent, nurses and providers were awesome. The front desk lady was very friendly, I felt very comfortable. Nurse Danna from recovery surgery was there all the time checking on me. If I have to choose a hospital for a procedure, it would be Methodist southlake hospital!!!
Such an amazing hospital! Every single staff member was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Methodist Southlake to a friend.
Just bad experience starting with the anesthesiologist calling at 10 pm and waking us up the night before surgery. No one answering the call button and saying it never went off to being discharged puking my guts out. Miserable experience to say the least. I would suggest any other hospital.
