I don’t see this excellent patient care you are talking about? And the receptionists at the ER need to give a little smile when a patient walks in or great them better or have some compassion when seeing sick patients walk in. I have been on hold for the last 40 minutes to speak to a nurse that is taking care of a family member and stil counting as I type this message!

Please stay away from this place, they couldn’t get the first surgery right, so now I have to Do it all over again. So when I do, the break something else Please I beg of you, of all that is holy and great, please think about Baylor first, everything else in between and Methodist last. If you have to take an ambulance ride, ask for Baylor. I will be more that happy to tell the story offline. Sean Fretthold

The care I received from the staff was so amazing, each employee went above and beyond my expectations( from housekeeping, X-rays- Pt. Care). The entire staff was very patient/ professional, from the ER docs to the admitting physician ( awesome bedside manner with a listen ear)... Thxs MMMC for providing me with such unanimous care 🙏🏾🙏

Visited ER at Methodist Mansfield on May 25th and again on May 26th with extreme nerve pain in back and right arm. First trip received pain meds and sent me home. They declined to do further testing even though I told them I had an MRI scheduled for a later date. The second trip on the 26th,gave the pain med in ER,still declined MRI and declined to admit me to hospital. As I crawled out of exam room in tears they were down right mean and told me to get back on exam table. They sent me out of ER on my own both times with no a... read more
