Ok so routine Colonoscopy schedulef for 7:30 am today. I set my alarm for 6 am to pick up my cousin. We are their and we wait, wait and wait....then they try to make her more comfortable due to bad back. Next thing I know it is 10:20 am and I have no status. I ask and they say she is done with procedure and it will be another 30 minutes she is in recovery. That was not the process that was explained earlier. They were to get her situated and then I could go back and keep her company until the procedure and then wait more in ... read more
I was very ill they took care of me. The staff was courteous the doctor was easy to talk to I got the help I needed and I'm much better
Horrible staff. Let me in room alone for an hour.
I've delivered two babies and had one surgery at this hospital and the nurses are amazing!!
