Me nephew went there last week and they treated patients bad in the emergency room. One woman came in by ambulance and they put her in waiting room she had surgery a few weeks ago and was in a lot of pain her family loaded her up and they went to Baylor.
Worst place ever! Just for a few hours of ct scan and 3 xrays 33k! Stay away!
My nephew was taken to the hospital by my sister and the nurse at the desk showed complete disregard for the fact that he was experiencing an asthma attack. It's sad when the very people who should be making it their business to ensure a child's well being are non chalant in their duties. Especially being rude to a concerned mother by smirking and making an unnecessary remark of "I hope not" when his mother states "I hope he doesn't pass out". This isn't McDonalds this is a hospital. Employ better nurses!
Awesome hospital, they treat their patients with the utmost respect. Especially their patients with Medicaid and Medicare.

I had a bad experience with one of the doctors at this location. Granted it was 22 years ago but it was a lasting impression.
Dad had a stroke, we took him to Charlton E.R, they were very friendly, they kept us informed of every thing going on with dad, than they put him on A6 floor, there the nurses were so friendly and housekeeping also were so friendly, the housekeeper Lizzie made my dad laugh and joked with him, dad said the other housekeepers were very friendly too. and kept my dad's room very clean, dad left the hospital after 3 days of being there, he recoverd pretty fast, and said he will recommend the hospital to fan and friends
