First of all, a little friendliness could cover a lot of other wrongs. I was greeted, no given a hand gesture to "fill one of those forms". That attitude seemed the same no matter whom we dealt with-- Cold, rude, uncaring. There were 3 exceptions. The nurse who attended me in my room--Audrey C., and the doctor--Linda Mary J. were both professional, knowledgeable and caring. this is the worst hospital in Dallas, Texas if you come out alive you are Blessed. The first person you meet or talk to staff, nurse is Slow, Rude, a person comes in sick an leave sick.
It can be a long wait time as with any place. Pray and ask the Lord to send his angels to be there waiting on you. He will! He has done it for me. Just like anywhere you go there’s some good people and some bad! But all in all with God on my side I was treated well! All praise’s to the most high God.

Charlton Methodist hospital, is the worse hospital in the world. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The operator in " Mansfield" name Tereasa , was rude no help at all. No sympathy what so ever. Michelle, the charge nurse told me she would check on my daughter. And never did. I think Charlton Methodist hospital, need to be investigated. Please do NOT, take any of your family members, to any of the Methodist hospital. It's not a good hospital. They will KILL YOU

My daughter is having medical issues and Methodist Charlton and Methodist Mansfield kept sending her home. Last Friday she came into the ER having seizures. After.admitting her the issues have escalated and they say they need to do an MRI but because she is not slim the MRI tech says she won't fit in the machine. So, they are sending her home undiagnosed and in pain. Their solution is drugs and to basically let someone else be responsible because they refuse to do an MRI that THEY say she needs. What is the real deal?
