RecommendedHad to stay overnight for several days and it was as pleasant experience as it could be. The whole staff really took great care of me and the food wasn't half bad. Though never could seem to consistently get the ice cream I requested 😂
The doctors&nurses took real good care of me when I was sick a couple of weeks ago. I really appreciate all they did for me.

I will never go back to their ER. The staff upfront treated my mom like it wasn’t an emergency. It felt like she was being a burden or treated like a child exaggerating. My mom is a diabetic and has other conditions and fell very ill. They have no customer service skills. Don’t show care at all. Like they’re going about their day, like it’s just another complainer coming in. Terrible.
My mother was sick and she was there for 2 weeks. They couldn’t tell us what she had or what was wrong. She went home for a month then back into hospital again. Once again they couldn’t tell us what was wrong. She died 2 weeks later. That was 6 years ago. To this day we have never found out why she died. They kept it quite for some reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE

I'm speaking as a former employee. Charlton was the best work experience I had in my life. From a very supportive President, Fran, who actually worked as a nurse for years. To a great HR department and education. To my department managers, physicians, RT, charge nurses, nurse, PCTs, house keeping ECT.. They cared about the community, about team work, caring for patients, for each other, in improving and growing and finding ways to better serve.. it was like family. Had my surgery done there on 8 June. The staff were amazing, from the time of my arrival to the time I departed yesterday evening. Timeka, Melissa, and Maria were all soo helpful and amazing!
