Method Wellness is such an awesome local spot to hang out, while doing your body justice! Debra Lee is so knowledgeable and down to earth. If you’ve never tried sauna, or even just have sat in a standard gym sauna... you must give the infrared a shot! Much cooler experience, leaving you feeling like a new (wo)man. �
If you are looking for a great massage or sauna, then you found your place!! I enjoyed a relaxing sauna with chromotherapy. Debralee and Sarah are AMAZING!!
