I had no idea what to expect. It’s beautiful. I kept thinking that I wish people knew about this place. The decor and service are detailed to serve! I took advantage of a special offer that included massage + 2 weeks sauna. I can’t wait to go back. The sauna is special... I learned it’s all about detoxing fat cells and cool lighting for “mood” therapy. Method was everything me and my husband needed to bring in the new year! The saunas and showers were SUPER clean, bright and beautiful and listening to our own tunes added to an already perfect atmosphere. I would recommend this treat to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Method you are amazing!

Just went to this new place, and now it’s my new favorite spot to recharge! Forget Massage Envy (where I use to have a membership), it’s so beautiful and relaxing in Method. I finished having the most relaxing 90min EDD and lavender massage with Massage Therapist Tara Dietz. I never had an EDD massage, but now I only want them. Also, the design of the inside and attention to detail is impeccable, the owners are super nice, and the Infrared Saunas are unlike anything around Virginia Beach. A wellness oasis!!! Comprehensive healing modalities with everything you need all in one place. Their infrared saunas are beautiful and I feel so relaxed and detoxified when I'm out. All the therapists and practitioners there are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Debralee gives simply wonderful massages. They have lots of professional services including massage, ayurveda, reflexology and nutritional therapy and lots of local, holistic products. They even sell local juice and Maha Kombucha!!! A wonderful experience! Debralee is friendly and warm and made me feel comfortable. The decor is beautiful, modern, clean and soothing. I only booked a massage, but became intrigued with the infared sauna and light therapy, so I started with 30 minutes and was pleasantly surprised that I could endure and enjoyed the heat!
