The girls at MRC are great! They are full of energy & always encouraging, they are the best!
Everyone is very supportive and helpful with food suggestions. I didn't cook much for just me, but they have some great ideas and a great cook book. I am learning new foods and ways to prepare that are healthy and assist with losing or maintaining a healthy weight. Highly recommend for those who thought they couldn't lose weight or have tried other plans. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
