They really make you feel comfortable and confident in your ability to lose the weight, even if you take a mini step back they are there to figure out why and how to get you back on track! Started first week of March. The staff is very friendly, encouraging and very helpful when my wife asks them about food and recipes. Down 19lbs and a total of 15" lost so far. My schedule is so hetic all I've done was change my diet, haven't had time to exercise every day.
