When I first heard about MRC, I wasn't sure it was for me. But after joining the MRC, located in shalimar, the staff is AWESOME and they give me all of the encouragement and support i need to succeed! They make it fun and I'm excited that joined!!!!
The staff at MRC are great. They make losing weight easy and fun! The twice weekly weigh-ins help you stay on program.

It is so hard to put into words just how happy I am that i walked in the doors of the Metabollic Research Center of Fort Walton Beach. With the upbeat encouragement from the ladies in the office, I have almost hit my goal. I have had some setbacks, and they are always so helpful in figuring out what I have done wrong and encourage me to push forward.
