Well I gave it a 5 star rating and somehow it said 4 stars oops. I am making progress, down 14 inches and 13 1/2 lbs so far. The staff have been supportive and friendly and are there to encourage along the way. Good experience, glad I signed up. Have more to lose, pressing on !!
The program is set up fantastically! The milestones and celebratory boards are set at just the right intervals, so that if one works consistently on the program, one will receive an "award" nearly every week. All the staff is happy, encouraging and professional.
I have recently started the program and it has been AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The product costs are reasonable, especially when Wal-Mart sells similar products, but are not as healthy (or tastes as good)! I'm excited to see where this new journey leads�
I really appreciate the greetings from the staff You feel welcome to the center as you walk through the door. I am feeling better about my weight because I am losing weight slowly and this is the best way to go. I like the one on one counseling. A counselor checks my food chart and is able to show me what other choices I could have made in order to have gotten better results. I would like to thank the staff for always being so thoughtful and friendly. I am glad that METABOLIC RESEARCH CENTER is located here in our area.
This program is the best thing that's happened to me in a long time! Yesterday's shopping class helped me to know better what to buy. Even though I had the class a few months ago, I still bought 3 new things I hadn't thought to get before! Thank you, MRC for all your helpt~
