Well I’ve tried every diet, fad, workout plan, and starvation method you can think of and some of them worked temporarily and others did not. Not only have I lost lbs and inches on my program designed just for me, I have also learned how, what and how much to eat as well as making new friends with all the staff! One of my better decisions made!!!! Thank you MRC and staff!!!!
So far I have lost 60 lbs. I feel and look healthier. Looking forward to losing another 20 lbs.
