Horrible place!!! Besides the visitation rules not easy for family to visit, this place is not "professional" nurses, doctors, office staff, etc ... 87yr old mom sits in dirty diapers everyday, when she asked to be changed she has to go through 3 to 4 nurses before being acknowledged usually 30 to hour .... UNACCEPTABLE! THEY ignore Professional doctor's care orders especially on wounds with infections. I cannot thank MeSun staff enough for all of their support, patience, care, and assistance while my sister was there recently. They handled so much that we were not prepared and we are forever grateful. I am so glad we found them to care for her and allow us to visit with her during her last week of life. Thank you so much!
Don’t let the cleanliness of this facility fool you because that’s the only positive thing I can say about them. Their staff, from administration to “nursing” did not show compassion or empathy to us as a grieving family or to my step father as they knew he was passing and even though it was requested we be notified we were not and they left him in a closed dark room alone as we were on our way there. I highly recommend Mesun! The nursing staff (etc) took wonderful care of my father in his last days.. They were kind , professional and extremely understanding. The social worker supported and educated me. He helped me understand how important it was for me to care for myself as my father was making his transition . I can’t say enough good things about Mesun. The building Is beautiful and was always clean . Thank you Mesun!

My mother was put in a room with another dying patient. It was a dark and dreary room. The staff didn't speak good enough English for us to be able to understand. No doctor. We took my mom to this place because it was closest to our home but that was a big mistake. We moved her to a different hospice and it was fantastic. I'll always regret having sent my mom to Mesun.
