Great first time experience I had a very positive first experience with Mastichelli and Barnes. Came in for a routine cleaning and since I could't provide them with previous X-rays I had done they went ahead and did the whole nine yards. Olivia was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the preliminary X rays, and she then informed me that Dr. Shusterman will preform the cleaning herself since that's how she likes to get to know new patients, which assured to me that I was in good hands. Exceeds Expectations Initial visit to the practice and would recommend them anyone looking for a Dental practice! The entire experience, from the appointment, cleaning, exam, and check out the entire staff was client focused and friendly. Did not have to wait and everything was explained and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Was able to get on to their site prior and already getting reminders about my appointments. Mestichelli dentistry has the friendliest staff that care about their patients. Our entire family goes to Billy and we could never be happier!
Went in for a cleaning and checkup for 10am apt, was out by 10.30am. This included x-rays, photos, a cleaning, polish and checkup. Best dentists and hygienists around!
