WHERE HAVE THEY BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE A+++++++++ Everything about this facility is impressive and my experience was like no other. First off, It’s spacious, immaculate and state of the art. Need a cap? Well no more impressions with that guck in your mouth or temporaries. They take a pictures of the area in your mouth where it’s gonna go, send them to a machine that makes your custom tooth while you wait 15-20 mins and you’re done. Dr. Mesticelli always takes great care of me. Joe is also very helpful. As afraid as I am about going to dentist, i am completely at ease when i have to go.
I cannot say enough about my experience. The office is so clean and up to date the staff is great. My experience has been great with Dr. Barnes he is great and painless. Nicole the technician cleaned by teeth and I have to say I never had a cleaning like the one I received from her she is a perfectionist and I felt like a new woman when she completed my cleaning. I will never go anywhere else. They are the BEST at what they Do!. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Very clean. New technology I haven’t seen before (different types of intra-oral cameras to track progression of dental work). The dentist was able to answer all of my questions and I didn’t feel too rushed despite it being the end of the day on Friday afternoon. Would recommend.
I've been a patient of Dr. Mestichelli's for well over 35 years! He is hands down the BEST DENTIST in the City of Philadelphia! The practice itself is a state of the art dental office!! Never feel rushed. Always a good experience at Mestichelli Barnes. Dr Bill and his staff are very professional and pleasant. A shout out to Yvette DiSalvatore, the hygentist - very personable. She is thorough, explains what she is doing, and offers great advice/suggestions. The office & waiting areas are very clean and comfortable. Quite welcoming. Highly recommend - especially if you are anxious or fearful.
