I have years of dental neglect because of my fear of dentist, one visit to Dr Mestichelli and that changed, he is wonderful. Dr. Mestichelli along with Dana and Joe took care of me, they are so caring and understanding. Since I am so anxious Dr. Mestichelli suggest I go to Dr. Plotkin, an oral surgeon for my extractions and WOW he is just as wonderful and professional as Dr.Mestichelli. Looking forward to my return visit to Dr Mestichelli and staff.

Rating my visits at 5 stars is understating the case. Over the years Dr. Mestichelli has provided his patients with the twin benefits of solid experience and state-of-the-art technology in an office environment that is bright and welcoming. When it comes to the profession of dentistry, Mestichelli Barnes sets the standard.

I've been going to Mestichelli Barnes since I moved to Philly last year. Everyone there is always very nice, helpful, and considerate. Today I was having an issue with gum pain, and they fit me in last minute. I needed a small filling and they were able to do it on the spot. They give great customer service. Also, their new office is really nice and all of the equipment seems very new and state of the art. I would absolutely recommend going here.
