exceptional I hate going to the dentist but love going here. Dr Barnes is the greatest. The whole staff is exceptional, they make the whole experience comfortable. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Wish my childhood experiences were like this maybe I wouldn't of hated going so bad.
I love my dentist! I have been with Dr Mestichelli for over 30 years so yesterday when I called to get an emergency appointment they asked if I would mind seeing Dr Barnes of course I didn't he had worked on my husband so I knew he was just as good.. let me tell you how kind and considerate this whole office is from the front desk girls to the doctors themselves. i had been nervous i was going to need a root canal and it worked out that it was something as simple as just replacing a chipped filling.. but the doctor put me at... read more

I saw Dr. Barnes today and he made me feel extremely comfortable. This was my first visit to see him and my first time in their new office, which is very nice. All of the equipment is brand new and state of the art. Cleanliness is always a concern for me and again, this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend seeing either Dr, you won't be disappointed.

I know it sounds silly, but when it is time for my appointments, i look forward to going to DR. Bill Mesticelli's office. I know i am going to get the best care possible, with him being my dentist, and all of the most up to date equipement in the philadelphia area.
