The Maintenance guy came into our apartment without knocking while I was changing in our bedroom to deliver a eviction notice. I went to the office to ask why we even received a notice since we paid every month and we weren't behind on payments. I was told that their system was the reason for the mistake. I didn't even get a sorry from them. At the time we lived at the apartments they changed managements and still till today they keep on changing managements.I am still waiting on our deposit which I should've received MONTHS... read more
Really close everything. We really enjoyed our stay there.
So far so good. Nice and clean upon moving in... just minor electric issues with outlets. I'm not a fan of apartment living but it's cozy. Traffic noise sucks, pool is too small...rent is over priced and there is not an inch of hard wood flooring...its laminate throughout. The apartments are nice though.. better than anything Ive lived in. No bugs, no mice of any kind. Bathrooms arw roomy, enough space for a family of 4 and a big dog. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The apartments are stunning! I love the fact that they have 24 hr. fitness center:)
