We drove through your complex and there is trash everywhere. Pool is little and rent is sky high. Plus we have been calling for a week with no response back. And we are paying cash for a 12 month lease
I’ve been here for a year and 5 months and I can say it’s been the worst place to live... I’m so glad my lease is over this month and I can’t wait to move out! They never fix anything I’ve put in the same maintenance requests about 5 times in a row. They never work with you when it comes to rent they’re always ready to screw you over but you can’t do anything when it comes to them fixing something.. RecommendedNew management is amazing. They are consistently renovating, and updating all of the facilities and units. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mesquite Terrace! Also maintenance has done an exceptional job.
They new management has made alot of improvements.

I really enjoy all the upgrades that are coming! This new management company has made a lot of great changes and the office staff is on top of things and always nice and understanding.
