The new office staff are wonderful! The property is beautiful and the apartments homes are so unique and gorgeous! I'm excited to see what is to come of this great property with such an awesome management team!!

Thank you for towing my truck. I'm paying for my covered parking and still got towed. I was going to see an ill family member in Oklahoma and walked outside. Bam. My truck is gone. If I have a problem with someone parking in my spot, I will let you know. That is the biggest bs idea to let a tow company come through and "inspect" tow people's vehicles in middle of the night. Less than 6 hours and the crap cost 296$. Also, thank you for not returning my 3 phone calls and 3 messages to discuss the matter.
The management is horrible!!!!!!! Will be soo happy when we get to leave. Been asking for a pet station near my building so I don't have to walk all the way to the dumpsters in the middle of the night and so that maybe other people will clean up after their dogs. I'm tired of seeing poop everywhere. Was told by the regional manager that the city had to approve of where pet stations go?! I thought it was private property why do they need city permission? I scheduled an appointment to meet and see the apartment i was trying to get in. Everything went fine i filled out the application and put a deposit down. My background check came back with charges i do not have against me and the prolonged the process. I end up getting denied for the apartment and already told Norma that i can only meet on sundays and she was all for that. Now after the fact i have set up 2 different times in 2 weeks to get my money back and no one has showed up. Im am very upset about this and will be yelp... read more
If I could give a 0 I would. Gave my deposit to an apartment that I was told would be available march 1st and turns out this chick Norma lied and the apartment wasn't available until April. She told me my husband wanted April when I spoke to my husband she told him that I said I wanted April so she was lying left and right! That's not all, we kept calling and calling and they would answer and hang up, they also lost our application!!!
