We lived at Mesquite Terraces for two years and really enjoyed our time there. The location is conveniently located along Loop 250, with quick access to I20 or HWY 191. The ladies in the office were always really friendly and helpful. If I ever had any concerns, they assisted me right away. The other staff members were always kind and made you feel welcome. We didn't have to contact maintenance very often since the apartments are well maintained, but when there was a problem, they were quick to fix it! My children really enj... read more

Beautiful Apartments, friendly staff, maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Their fully furnished apartments are very nice!
They are very kind and helpful. They have someone working there named Michael I call him my blessing. He helped me with my tire asking nothing in return and that not being his job THANKS MICHAEL AND KATE!!!!!! HAVE A BLESSED DAY EVERYDAY!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME.
apartments are great. family friendly. always has something for the kids from popsicles during the summer to fun things planned at the office.
Wonderful complex! Best place I've lived in Midland. Great for families. Child and pet friendly.
