They did my first time cleaning and broke my nice wine glasses. On top of that, I find out from 2 of my neighbors who pay $160 monthly for 2700 sq ft yet they quoted me at $190 for 2300 sq ft. How is that fair? Also have been trying to get ahold of a manager for the past 3 days and they kept saying she would call me back and never did. Where is the integrity or decency in this company?? I’d highly suggest you shop around first
We have been using Merry Maids for a couple of months and they always do a fantastic job. They are very easy to schedule and professional. I love that they send a reminder text before each cleaning.
Merry Maids left us in a MAJOR bind today when they left us without a cleaning while moving out because of TERRIBLE customer service. They say they will “do what it takes to make their customers happy” and that simply isn’t true. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want good customer service and don’t want to have to deal with what we dealt with today.
