This company had a female in my aunt's house that fell asleep on the floor in the bathroom. The other lady was good and picking up slack for the funny acting girl. then my cousin worked there a few years ago and told me they wash all the towels together, even ones with dookey on them.

I paid for a three hour service + a bonus hour as a Christmas gift for my wife and got about 30-45 minutes worth of quality work from the crew. I will not refer anyone else to this business. The rooms were half cleaned. The manager acted as if she had no care for customer concern. Get it together guys.
Love working for Merry Maids. The owners care so much about the staff and our customers. God has directed me to the right place.
They came into my condo breaking valuable bookends. Dusting was half done. Condo not completely cleaned.
