Great! – I woke up this morning and the pool and spa area where sparkling. The timer on the spa seems OK, the flow of water into the pool is very strong, the water temp is good as the temperature does change. Whenever you did helped out a lot, thanks. The age and size of the pool heater will be a concern down the road, but for now it's just great!

Great People – I rented from Merritt and the people were much nicer than I could have ever imagined them to be. When I gave my notice, they were very kind and acted as if they were sad to see me go. When I lived in the unit they always fixed what needed to be within a good amount of time. I now tell my friends that are looking for a place to live to go to Merritt first.

thanks – This is a great company to rent from. Ive had a small 2br with them for almost a year. Everything has been good the whole time. Nice people and they do not hassle me for anything. Im glad the place I found was managed by them.

Amoral, Unethical Slumlords – If you are an unfortunate tenant to Merritt Realty, move out or plan on moving out soon. And hire a lawyer. And take pictures. He will find any means possible to suck you dry of your hard-earned money. I saw a five star review on Google of their services, obviously written by a Merritt Realty staffmember or Tom Merritt himself. Seriously, hire a lawyer. Terrible – I was on the other end - a renter. When I moved out, Tom kept $400 of my deposit for cleaning and repairs. I have been a renter for years, have used property management companies in the past for my own homes in Phoenix and Texas and I've never had this experience. I will tell everyone I know NOT to rent any properties from this guy.

Disappointing. – Hello all, I really had great expectations for this company, but when I was disrespected and treated unfairly I was upset. Two of their agents were very aggressive and hostile. I don't know if it was my age or what but they were condescending and pushy. I usually try to get to know my landlord, private owner or actual company, because I think its imperative that the relationship be positive.
