Knowledgeable Professionals – Throughout the years, Tom, and the rest of the staff have been very professional. They are flexible in their style, which has been very beneficial for me. Easy Renting – Renting from Merritt was one of the best renting experiences I have had. Of course we had a couple of issues, but they never ignored them, or denied responsibility to fixing them which I loved. These people are really great managers.

great improvement – Since they have taken over our association management, people around here have taken notice. There are maintenance and landscape improvements on a small scale that have all contributed to a great change. Members of the board I have spoken to have also expressed their approval.
