Pricing was much lower than one estimate, and slightly higher than another, but I just felt right about choosing Merrifield. My salesperson, Tim, was personable, knowledgeable, and followed up promptly to answer every question I had. My job was done quickly and neatly. Time will tell about the quality of the job.The only negative thing was, that my antenna was not secured like before,but after a telephone call this problem was solved in a satisfactory manner.
