They discovered more needs when existing roofing was removed sent pictures and explained completely what was needed. This did increase the cost as much more materials were needed because there was more layers on roof than were apparent from the estimate. We had also had a professional inspector before this appraisal and the problem was not seen to him either. you can't always tell what has been covered up previously. We are very happy we have this fixed and won't have roof problems in the future.
