Very nice young man who escorted me to my car for cleaning out in the collision shop. I was there on August 3,2016 between 11-11:30 am car was Pontiac G6 white, excellent customer service.

Dennis is very nice in sales. I must say my experience in Sales and Service was flawlesss. But waiting room for service leaves a lot to be desired. Furniture is not clean. Spills and spots of soil cover the seating area. I actually stood looking around for a half way decent area to sit down. This is my first experience with Merollis, though not my first Automobile purchase. I do understand that I have a choice on receiving Service at any Chevrolet Dealership, but I'd like to give the Seller a chance.
Love the dealership and my salesman Tim Turner, would truly recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle to seek him out. It was a busy day and he had multiple deals working, but he gave my wife and I all the time, attention and at the appropriate time the space to make our purchasing decision. I have found my Chevy salesman.

Car been in the shop all morning told me I would hear something in 2 hours no call and never returned any messages and got hung up on not professional at all
