Jim Hawrys is the man!
Completely unprofessional. My car is being recalled. The part has been on order for 2 months. They finally called my husband on Tuesday and made an appointment for today, telling him the parts were ready and everything they were going to do. Today we went in for our scheduled appointment and they told us they have no idea what we're doing there because the parts are still on order. At this point I regret buying a GM car, and regret ever giving business to this dealership. I will never do either of these things again.
