In and out within 45 minutes!! My only concern about the service area is that every time I go there there are all new service order writers. The turnover is great. Have noted this in other reviews also.

Went to merollis to get a part... oring... and they don't honor gm employee discounts on parts... I am also in the market for a new truck, but I know who won't be getting my business. There is no reason to not give parts discounts as most dealers do... so I will go there.

I was looking for a new vehicle. I came upon one over the weekend at Merollis. Since they were not open I called on Monday to inquire about the car. It started with the salesman telling me he couldn't find the vehicle and was I sure it was Merollis. Then he finally found the car and told me "oops that was the wrong price and it must be a misprint." Then I chatted with a lady who told me there was nothing she could do as an employee but as a consumer she advised me to contact the general manager. Three days and three messages... read more

I purchased a car from the used car lot and the shady car salesperson Peeples or Peoples gave her his shady insurance guy..that shady insurance guy wrote up full coverage insurance.My wife rode off lot with the understanding she has FULL COVERAGE because the shady car salesperson and his shady insurance guy said she did...she gets a letter from the Secretary of State saying her plate will annulled because of not having liability insurance..the shady insurance guy and shady Peeples knew she had full coverage insurance without... read more

I have had my Cruze serviced for oil and tire rotation plus whatever other magic they work. This is my second experience with the service department. I am very happy with the personnel and with the maintenance done on my car. The waiting area is always clean, even with all the snow and ice we had recently, the coffee is decent the hot chocolate is good too. Leased a car 3yrs ago. No one told me the type of car I leased my 3yr 36000mile warranty would expire before lease end. Here I am coming to end of my lease needing a bad sensor replaced and they want to charge me $250 to fix it. Won't return my phone calls. Thanks merollis
