I loved the place the last two times, which is why I am giving a 3 star review. But this time,with spring break, it was bad. The hotel was overbooked so we had to move from one room to another and couldn't access our room or stuff for 3 hours (which wasn't fair since it wasn't our mistake). Then the noise from the bar downstairs was really loud and college kids were running, yelling, pounding on doors all night. Had I known it was spring break week, I wouldn't have come. We stayed there at the end of January 2017 and loved it! We read everything about it before we booked, we READ that it was a hotel that was about partying! and booked it, How can you not love all beach front rooms! It is an older hotel and yes, I READ that, and still booked it! It was a great place to stay and can't wait to go back.
The rates is this hotel are very much over priced for what you get.
Yes, it is loud at night., Every night, due to live entertainment, etc. However, if you want to stay at an excellent place with reasonable prices for Everything (bottled water in a vending machine for 1.00!!!!!), On site laundry facilities, a gorgeous pool and wonderful staff, then this is where you go. Trust me! We really enjoyed it here. Loved our balcony, too!!
Had a really nice bday . My dinner was wonderful. Our room across the street was nice clean and quiet sat by the water
We enjoyed every minute here! Everything you'd want in a beach resort. Great location, a variety of places to eat and drink, live entertainment, clean beach, awesome views from our private balcony, and a friendly staff. We'd love to come back again some day!
Our room was clean and simply decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We had drinks and dinner on the Sun Deck. The food was very tasty and the bar tenders were fast and efficient.
We stayed at the Bay Inn for a week, which didn't have the loud music until all hours of the night, but that's the only good thing they had going for them. Our first room had only one window, which was broken, and had a window air unit that was also busted. It smelled so bad and was filled with bugs. We immediately went to the front desk, they did not seem shocked, and switched us rooms. We stayed at the Bayside Inn affiliated with the Lani Kai it was a horrible stay the bed and couch squeaked so loud we could not sleep together! The adjoining door was paper thin and you could hear everything that your neighbor did!! (And I mean everything)
