Their intake process took over a month because they don't know how to route phone calls within their company, and as a customer you can't even dial an extension in their phone system to be connected with anyone. After they finally replied to me and I sent them all of my documents, they blew me off without even a conversation with the lawyer. If you can't make yourself accessible to new customers, then you don't deserve any.
I highly recommend the Merlin Law Group for any of the number of needs a person might have for legal consultation.
