A nicely appointed boutique bed and breakfast. This was our second year at this location- perfect location- close to Duval and Truman walking distance to everywhere. The grounds are lush and inviting. Pool is nice, towels and lounges are available. Our Room had a balcony and seating- great! Breakfast is assorted baked goods and proteins and fruit- a complete package- we will return. Innkeepers are always on site.
I was very disappointed in the condition of the rooms at my recent stay at Ella’s cottages. We booked two rooms for six people, and they were both dirty and worn down. The couches were stained, everything was dusty, the window air filter needed to be cleaned, there were bugs on the floor, and the floors turned your socks brown. The only thing that felt truly clean was the bed (thank goodness). I felt so gross that I requested our rooms be deep cleaned. We had such a great experience staying at Ella’s Cottages! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to amazing restaurants, shopping, and everything you’d want to do in Key West, all within walking distance. A huge plus is that they offer onsite parking, which is rare and super convenient in Key West. It made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We had a really nice stay at Ella’s Cottages in Key West. The location is excellent—super easy to get anywhere by Uber, and still tucked away enough to feel relaxed. We stayed on the backside of the property, which was very quiet and made for a peaceful experience overall. The 24-hour coffee and water station was a great touch and something we used daily. Our room was comfortable and we genuinely enjoyed it, but one small issue was the ceiling fan LED light—it wouldn’t fully turn off at night, which was a bit noticeable when... read more
