I relate to another review about being discharged as a patient after a missed appointment. Absolutely no tapering off of the meds, one day suddenly I do not have access to my SSRI medication I’ve been taking daily for months. My psychiatrist Danielle Gange was cold and transactional. Visits were always very short and rushed.
I became a patient here a little over a year ago under the care of Morgan Scott. I had a lot going on with my mental health that I wasn't managing properly. From the moment I sat down in front of her I knew I was in the right place. She provides an instant sense of security. You never feel like you're misunderstood or dismissed in any way. We brought our loved one (Alzheimer's/Dementia) to see Morgan Scott. After just one visit, I can say we are very pleased! The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and obviously care. Morgan did a great job taking care of our loved one, and we left the visit with the paperwork we needed for the estate planning. No waiting. No hassles. Highly recommend.
My experience with Meridian Psychotherapy was not just disappointing—it was outright negligent. After missing a single appointment, I was abruptly cut off from my Suboxone and discharged as a patient with no warning, no tapering plan, and absolutely no regard for the medical risks involved.
