3 stars because I have an amazing therapist who always works with me and always reassures me that my experiences are valid. Would give 5 stars if I hadn't been suddenly dropped as a patient meaning sudden withdrawal from benzo medication that could cause seizures, luckily didn't happen to me. All because I had to reschedule a Saturday appointment and the front desk staff told me I would be absolutely okay to do so even though it was going to be my third time. I see Morgan the Nurse practitioner and she is phenomenal. If you want a provider who actually cares about you and your mental health needs she is the one. She goes above and BEYOND for her patients. I can’t recommend her enough!

It's been almost 6 months of being a patient at this office, and after a rather rough week where I had to cancel appointments and not show up, the office called me personally, to make sure *I* was okay. They were concerned with my well-being and overall mentality. Not many, if any, places will call and just check on you like that. To most offices, you're another zero in the pay check. I'm quite the brand new patient with this office and while I can't give a lengthy history on the incredible staff--I can give what I've experienced in just 2½ short months.
