RecommendedIt’s fantastic, I’m a pretty picky person and I have zero complaints at all. The staff will work with you on seemingly anything. I can’t for the life of me understand any complaints here.

RecommendedIt has such a friendly atmosphere and from the manager down to the maintenance group they can't do enough for you. It;s almost like a community rather then an apartment complex. Lived here 3 years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
RecommendedToday’s the day we get to begin thanking our wonderful maintenance dept. The guys and gals that take care of things around here are AWESOME! I haven’t had many work orders, but when we do you can bet it’s taken care of pretty much the same day. We appreciate them more than they know! Thanks for all your hard work and always being there when something goes wrong. Well, just thanks for being there period!
RecommendedI absolutely love my apartment, but what makes this place amazing is the office staff....they are so conscientious, always follow up quickly, plan great community activities, and it makes living here feel like home. Also, it is nice seeing the property so well maintained, and so dog friendly. I visited so many locations, and even started the application/deposit process when I accompanied one of my friends here. We loved it, and brought 2 more families with us, lol. If you haven't visited, please don't hesitate.

Kendal made our move in process quick and easy. They took our wants and needs into consideration when finding us the perfect home. We have been living in our new townhome for a little over a month now and have enjoyed every moment. Neighbors are nice, it’s a quieter community and the pool is a great place to relax. We have recommended it to all of our friends!
