RecommendedWe moved to the Kendal in Sept 2016, and it was our first experience living in an apartment. But so far, we have loved living here! The maintenance crew is wonderful and always there to help quickly. The ladies in the office are so sweet and friendly. Going into this move, we expected to live in an apartment a year or so. But we just signed our third lease. We love the amenities and our neighbors are great. You can’t ask for anything better!
RecommendedI’ve live at the Kendals since February 2019 and it’s been nothing but great! It’s a very nice , friendly, and quite area to live. The staff and maintenance team stay on top of all repairs and special requests. Thanks for making the Kendals an enjoyable place to live!!!
RecommendedIt is hard to find family friendly rentals for a family of 5 with a dog. We are new to the Louisville area and this is a perfect central location right off the Gene Snyder to easily access where we need to go. Facilities are clean and well maintained, staff and maintenance are very responsive. We definitely recommend Kendal!
