We love Meridian on Shelbyville! Very nice apartments with an excellent location! Also very pet friendly with lots of green space!
My husband and I moved here last August. We love the location and the apartments are very nice. Maintenance has been excellent, staff is helpful and residents are friendly. We feel very safe here, walking our dog after dark, etc. I would recommend the Meridian to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Meridian holds it against you when you have to break your lease and move back home because your wife is having a baby. What kind of place charges a tenant $3,000 to break their lease??? I heard of apartments charging the prorated amount but to be greedy like this is just plain wrong. Think twice if you want to move here.

My wife and I are signing our lease tomorrow and moving in on the 27th. Can't wait to live at The Meridian!
