Definitely one of the best places I've ever lived; maintenance is A1 and responds quickly with pride in the work the office workers are joyful and caring about every residents they definitely could teach something to their sister company up in Indy maintenance needs work responsing tickets and the building we live in has plenty of things wrong with it and they don't care even when you tell them about it but Meridian 10/10
Meridian Apartments absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and well taken care of. The atmosphere throughout the community is welcoming, and you can tell there’s a strong attention to detail. A big part of what made the experience stand out was Dee. Very peaceful, clean, quiet & secure. The Office staff is amazing & helpful as well as the maintenance crew.
I moved into my Meridian apartment over the summer and I have to say, they have been amazing. Yes, the apartment itself is, but also the staff. I wanted to give them a special shout out for the way they handled the snow this past week. On day one (Monday) the lot was navigable. On day two (Tuesday end of day), the driving routes through the lot were clear and anyone with a garage had clear pavement to their garage door.
